English translation
The author may receive the consideration in cash or in kind that he considers fair in return for disposing to another of one or more of the rights of economic exploitation of his work. The author shall remain the owner of everything not disposed of in the foregoing manner, and his authorization to exploit any of his economic rights shall not constitute authorization to exploit any other economic right he enjoys in the work. For a disposition of the rights vested in the author and the holders of related rights to be concluded, it must be in writing and must expressly and in detail specify each right separately, stating the scope of the right subject to the disposition, its purpose, duration and place. Without prejudice to the moral rights stipulated in this Law, the author may not undertake any act that would obstruct the exploitation of the right subject to the disposition or licence.

للمؤلف أن يتقاضى المقابل النقدي أو العيني الذي يراه عادلاً نظير تصرفه بحق
أو أكثر من حقوق الاستغلال المالي لمصنفه إلى الغير، ويبقى المؤلف مالكاً لكل ما
لا يتم التصرف فيه على النحو السابق، كما لا تعد إجازته باستغلال أي من حقوقه
المالية إجازة باستغلال أي حق مالي آخر يتمتع به على المصنف.
ويشترط لانعقاد التصرف في الحقوق المقررة للمؤلف وأصحاب الحقوق المجاورة
أن يكون مكتوباً وأن يحدد فيه صراحة وعلى نحو تفصيلي كل حق على حدة مع بيان
مدى الحق محل التصرف والغرض منه ومدته ومكانه.
ومع عدم الإخلال بالحقوق الأدبية المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون، لا يجوز
للمؤلف القيام بأي عمل يكون من شأنه تعطيل استغلال الحق محل التصرف أو
