English translation
Without prejudice to the exceptions to copyright provided for in this Law, the transfer of economic rights relating to works consisting of computer programs, applications and databases shall be subject to the contractual license contained in or affixed to the program, whether it appears on the medium carrying the program or appears on the computer screen when the program is loaded or stored. The purchaser or user of the program shall be bound by the terms contained in that license unless they contravene public order or morals.

مع عدم الإخلال بالاستثناءات الواردة على حق المؤلف في هذا القانون، يخضع نقل
الحقوق المالية المتعلقة بمصنفات برامج الحاسب الآلي وتطبيقاته وقواعد البيانات
لترخيص التعاقد الوارد بالبرنامج أو الملصق عليه، سواء ظهر على الدعامة الحاملة
للبرنامج أو ظهر عند تحميل أو تخزين البرنامج في شاشة الحاسب الآلي، ويكون
مشتري البرنامج أو مستخدمه ملزماً بالشروط الواردة في ذلك الترخيص ما لم تكن
