English translation
The author's economic rights in his published work may be attached if a judgment is issued against him by the court. The economic rights in works whose author dies before their publication may not be attached unless it is conclusively established that he intended to publish them before his death.

يجوز الحجز على الحقوق المالية للمؤلف على مصنفة المنشور في حال صدور حكم
من المحكمة ضده، ولا يجوز الحجز على الحقوق المالية عن المصنفات التي يموت
