Performers and their universal successors shall enjoy moral rights in the performance that are neither assignable nor subject to attachment, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of the Law, including the following: 1 - Attribution of the performance—whether live or recorded—to its performer. 2 - Prevention of any modification or alteration that would distort or mutilate the performance, or prejudice the honour, reputation or standing of the performer.
