۱ - نسخ وتوزيع وبيع وتأجير المصنف السمعي البصري الذي قاموا بإنتاجه وفي

٢ - إجازة أو منع النسخ المباشر أو غير المباشر لتسجيلاتهم السمعية البصرية.
- إجازة أو منع تأجير تسجيلاتهم السمعية البصرية لأي غاية كانت.
