Article 19 of Copyright and Related Rights Law

Producers of sound recordings shall enjoy the following exclusive rights: 1 - Direct or indirect reproduction of their sound recordings by any method or in any form whatsoever. - Making the original or other copies of their sound recordings available to the public by sale or other transfer of ownership. - Renting the original and other copies of their sound recordings to the public for commercial purposes, even after distribution by them or with their authorization. 4 - Making their sound recordings available by wire or wireless means in such a way that members of the public may access them from a place and at a time individually chosen by each of them. h - Distribution of their sound recordings or copies thereof. 6 - The right to a single equitable remuneration for the direct or indirect use of sound recordings published for commercial purposes for broadcasting or communicating them to the public by any means whatsoever.
