Broadcasting organizations shall enjoy the following exclusive economic rights: 1 - Fixation of their own materials and programmes prepared for broadcasting. 2 - Reproduction of their own fixed materials and programmes prepared for broadcasting. - Communication of their own materials and programmes prepared for broadcasting to the public. - Rebroadcasting of their own materials and programmes prepared for broadcasting by any means whatsoever. e - Preventing others from communicating their broadcast programmes to the public without obtaining prior written authorization; works that have entered the public domain shall be excepted from this prohibition.

تتمتع هيئات البث بالحقوق المالية الاستئثارية الآتية:
۱ - تثبيت موادها وبرامجها المعدة للبث الخاصة بها.
۲ - نسخ موادها وبرامجها المعدة للبث المثبتة الخاصة بها.
- نقل موادها وبرامجها المعدة للبث الخاصة بها إلى الجمهور.
- إعادة بث موادها وبرامجها المعدة للبث الخاصة بها بأية طريقة كانت.
ه - منع الغير من نقل برامج البث الخاصة بها إلى الجمهور دون الحصول على
