Article 6 of Copyright and Related Rights Law

The author and his universal successor shall enjoy the following moral rights in his work: First: The right to have the work attributed to its author. Second: The right to decide on the first publication of the work. Third: The right to prevent any interference with or modification of the work that would distort or mutilate it, or cause harm to the author's honor, reputation or standing. Fourth: The right to use a pseudonym or not to mention the name on the work. The author and his universal successor shall have moral rights in his work that are neither waivable nor subject to attachment, and any disposition of them shall be absolutely null and void.
