English translation
The author may request the Court of First Instance to prohibit the release of his work or withdraw it from circulation, notwithstanding his disposal of the right of financial exploitation. If the author's request is granted, the person to whom the rights of financial exploitation have passed shall have the right to claim compensation assessed by the court.

للمؤلف أن يطلب من المحكمة الكلية منع طرح مصنفه أو سحبه من التداول،
رغم تصرفه في حق الاستغلال المالي.
وإذا أجيب المؤلف إلى طلبه، فلمن آلت إليه حقوق الاستغلال المالي الحق في طلب
