Specialized environmental departments shall be established in State institutions to ensure the monitoring and application of environmental laws within the scope of these institutions' work. The Supreme Council shall designate the entities concerned with establishing these departments. The Authority shall also be concerned with determining their scope of work and organizational structure in coordination with the authorities competent in this regard.
