All concerned State institutions shall, in cooperation with the Authority, calculate environmental loads within the scope of their work, such as pastures, fisheries, air quality, groundwater, and others. These institutions shall also ensure that those loads are maintained in a manner that achieves their environmental sustainability.

تلتزم كافة مؤسسات الدولة المعنية بالتعاون مع الهيئة بحساب الأحمال البيئية
في نطاق عملها كالمراعي ومصائد الأسماك وجودة الهواء والمياه الجوفية وغيرهــا
، كما تلتزم هذه المؤسسات بضمان الحفاظ علي تلك الأحمال بالشكل الذي يحقق
