English translation
Anyone who commits any of the following acts shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten thousand dinars and not more than forty thousand dinars: 1 Failure of the ship to retain an oil record book or a cargo record book for other harmful substances referred to in Articles (78, 79) of this Law, or omission to record the particulars required to be recorded therein, or knowingly recording incorrect particulars. - 2 Failure of the ship to carry the international certificates relating to the prevention of oil pollution prescribed under international conventions and those approved by the competent minister for ships flying the flag of a state not party to the prescribed international conventions.

يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف دينار ولا تزيد علي أربعين ألف دينار كل من
إرتكب أحد الأفعال التالية :
عدم إحتفاظ السفينة بسجل الزيت أو سجل الشحنة بالنسبة لغيرهــا مـن المـواد
الضارة المشار إليها في المواد ( ۷۸ ، ۷۹ ) من هذا القانون أو أغفل إثبات البيانات
الواجب إثباتها فيه أو أثبت بيانات غير صحيحـة مـع عـلـمـه بـذلـك

عدم حمل السفينة للشهادات الدولية المتعلقة بمنع التلوث بالزيت المقررة
بموجب الإتفاقيات الدولية وتلك التي يقرها الوزير المختص بالنسبة للسفن التي
