English translation
The shipowner shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of not less than two months and not more than two years and a fine of not less than ten thousand dinars and not more than one hundred thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties, when leaving the ship or installation in prohibited maritime areas without obtaining permission from the competent department, and shall be required to bear the expenses of removing the effects of the violation as determined by the committee (1) Added by Law No. 99 of 2015 Law Index 309 Home Page Environmental Protection Law Law No. 42 of 2014 Concerning Environmental Protection competent under Article (81 / item 7) of this Law.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن شهرين ولا تزيد علي سنتين وبغرامة لا تقل عن
عشرة آلاف دينار ولا تزيد علي مائة ألف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين مالك
السفينة عند ترك السفينة أو المنشأة في المناطق البحرية المحظورة دون الحصول علي
إذن من الإدارة المختصة مع إلزامه بنفقات إزلة آثار المخالفة طبقاً لما تحدده اللجنة
