English translation
Anyone who violates the first paragraph of Article (100) of this Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine of not less than five hundred dinars and not more than five thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties, with confiscation of the seized wild organisms and also the tools used. Anyone who violates the third paragraph of Article (107) and Article (108) of this Law shall also be punished by imprisonment for a term of not less than one year and not more than three years and a fine of not less than five thousand dinars and not more than fifty thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

يعاقب كل من يخالف حكم الفقرة الأولى من المادة (١٠٠) من هذا القانون بالحبس
مدة لا تزيد على سنة وغرامة لا تقل عن خمسمائة دينار ولا تزيد عن خمسة آلاف
دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين مع مصادرة الكائنات الفطرية المضبوطة و كذلك
الأدوات المستخدمة .
كما يعاقب كا من يخالف حكم الفقرة الثالثة من المادة (١٠٧) ، و المادة ( ١٠٨) من
هذا القانون بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن سنة و لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات وغرامة
لا تقل عن خمسة آلاف دينار و لا تزيد على خمسين ألف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين
