English translation
Anyone who violates the provision of Article (105) of this Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine of not less than five hundred dinars and not more than five thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة وغرامة لا تقل عن خمسمائة دينار و لا تزيد
على خمسة آلاف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من خالف حكم المادة ( ١٠٥
