English translation
Anyone who violates the provision of Articles (101, 124) of this Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of not less than one year and not more than three years and a fine of not less than five thousand dinars and not more than fifty thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties. In all cases, the wildlife organisms and antiquities that are the subject of the offence shall be confiscated.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن سنة و لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات وغرامة لا تقل
عن خمسة آلاف دينار و لا تزيد على خمسين ألف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين
كل من خالف حكم المادتين ( ١٠١، ١٢٤) من هذا القانون ، وفي جميع الأحوال
