English translation
Anyone who violates the provision of Articles (97, 96) of this Law shall be punished by imprisonment for no more than one year and a fine of no less than two thousand dinars and no more than twenty thousand dinars, or either of these two penalties.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة وبغرامة لا تقل عن ألفي دينار ولا تزيد
على عشرين ألف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من خالف حكم المادتين
