English translation
Anyone frequenting wilderness areas for the purpose of setting up camps or for any other purpose is prohibited from undertaking any activity that would damage the soil, affect its natural properties, or pollute it in a manner affecting its productive capacity. The Executive Regulations of this Law shall specify the requirements and standards that must be observed.

يحظر على كل من يرتاد المناطق البرية بقصد إقامة المخيمات أو لأي غرض أخر القيام
بأي نشاط من شأنه الإضرار بالتربة أو التأثير على خواصها الطبيعية أو تلويثها على
نحو يؤثر على قدرتها الإنتاجية وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون الإشتراطات
