English translation
The entity granting the licence for quarry materials activity shall monitor all activities related to this activity, such as the extraction, handling, importation, storage and sale of these materials. This shall include supervision, monitoring, prevention of infringements and enforcement of the penalties stipulated in this Law.

تراقب الجهة مانحة الترخيص لنشاط المواد المقلعية كافة الأنشطة المتعلقة بهذا
النشاط كإستخراج وتداول وإستيراد وتخزين وبيع هذه المواد ويشمل ذلك الإشراف
