English translation
It is prohibited to import, export or re-export substances controlled under the international conventions regulating ozone-depleting substances, or their maps, alternatives or materials recycled from them, except after obtaining the Authority's approval. The Executive Regulations of this Law shall specify ozone-depleting substances and their requirements and standards. By a decision of the Director General, substances may be deleted or new substances added.

يحظر إستيراد أو تصدير أو إعادة تصدير المواد الخاضعة للرقابة بالإتفاقيات الدولية
المنظمة للمواد المستنفذة لطبقة الأوزون أو خرائطها أو بدائلها أو مواد معاد تدويرها
منها إلا بعد الحصول على موافقة الهيئة ، وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون المواد
المستنفذة لطبقة الأوزون والإشتراطات والمعايير الخاصة بها ويجوز بقرار من المدير
