English translation
The competent authority shall prepare, develop, implement and update the national plan for the elimination of ozone-depleting substances and supervise its implementation—in cooperation with the relevant entities and regional and international organizations—and the competent authority shall submit an annual report to the Board of Directors on the progress of the plan. The Executive Regulations of this Law shall specify the competent authority and its working mechanism.

تلتــزم الجهــة المختصــة بإعــداد وتطويــر وتنفيــذ وتحديــث الخطــة الوطنيــة للتخلــص مــن
المــواد المســتنفدة لطبقــة الأوزون والإشراف على تنفيذهــا - بالتعــاون مــع الجهــات المعنية
والمنــظمات الإقليميــة والدوليــة - وترفــع الجهــة المختصــة تقريــرا ســنويا لمجلــس الإدارة
حــول سير الخطــة وتحــدد اللائحــة التنفيذيــة مــن هــذا القانــون الجهــة المختصــة وآليــة
