English translation
The manufacture or import of all appliances, equipment, and products containing or operating with the controlled substances referred to in the preceding Article, including trucks, vehicles, aerosol canisters, sprayers, all refrigeration and air-conditioning appliances, drinking-water coolers, insulating materials, and synthetic sponge, is prohibited except after obtaining the approval of the Authority.
