English translation
The manufacture or use of the controlled substances mentioned in Article (59) of this Law in any new industries or constructions, in the expansion of existing establishments, in cleaning electronic circuits, industrial equipment and air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, in sterilisation, or in drying clothes is not permissible except after obtaining the Authority's approval.
