English translation
All land sites and vessels and those designated for transporting oil whose tonnage is one hundred and fifty tonnes or more, and all other vessels whose tonnage is four hundred tonnes or more, shall be obliged to maintain a special emergency plan to combat any oil pollution that may result from them, and to provide the devices and equipment necessary to implement that plan.

تلتزم جميع المواقع البرية والسفن والمخصصة لنقل الزيت التي تبلغ حمولتها مائة
وخمسين طناً فأكثر وجميع السفن الأخري التي تبلغ حمولتها أربعمائة طن فأكثر
بالإحتفاظ بخطة طواريء خاصة لمكافحة ما قد ينتج عنها من تلوث نفطي ،
