English translation
All industrial, commercial and tourist establishments, private housing and others, whether governmental or non-governmental, are prohibited from discharging any substances, waste or liquids that would cause pollution on beaches or in the waters adjacent thereto, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, directly or indirectly.

يحظر علي جميع المنشآت الصناعية والتجارية والسياحية والسكن الخاص وغيرها
سواء كانت حكومية أو غير حكومية تصريف أي مواد أو نفايات أو سوائل من
شأنها إحداث تلوث في الشواطيء أو المياه المجاورة لها سواء كان ذلك بطريق إرادي
