National and foreign companies and bodies licensed to combat pollution in prohibited areas are prohibited from using safe methods that do not result in damage to the marine environment and treating pollutants in accordance with the latest technical systems and consistently with the provisions of this Law Index 296 Home Page Environmental Protection Law Law No. 42 of 2014 concerning Environmental Protection Law and its implementing regulations.

يحظر علي الشركات والهيئات الوطنية والأجنبية المرخص لها لمكافحة التلوث في
المناطق المحظورة إستخدام الوسائل الآمنة التي لا يترتب عليها الإضرار بالبيئة
البحرية ومعالجة المواد الملوثة طبقاً لأحدث النظم الفنية وبما يتفق وأحكام هذا
