Ships carrying harmful or polluting substances must maintain a cargo record in which the master or any other person responsible for the ship shall enter all particulars relating to the cargo, its destination and the precautions taken to prevent any pollution, in accordance with international requirements .

يجب علي السفن التي تحمل مواد ضارة أو ملوثة أن تحتفظ بسجل الشحنة يدون
فيه الربان أو أي شخص آخر مسئول عن السفينة جميع البيانات المتعلقة بالشحنة
ووجهتها والإحتياطات المتخذة لمنع حدوث أي تلوث وذلك وفقاً للإشتراطات
