English translation
All ships designated for transporting oil shall maintain an oil record book in which the master or any other person responsible for the ship shall record the date, time and location of all oil loading, transfer and unloading operations for each cargo separately. The Executive Regulations of the Law shall specify the records that ships must maintain. Fourth: Administrative and Judicial Procedures

تلتزم جميع السفن المخصصة لنقل الزيت بالإحتفاظ بسجل للزيـت يـدون فيه
الربان أو أي شخص آخر مسئول عن السفينة تاريخ وساعة وموقع جميع عمليات
شحن ونقل وتفريغ الزيت لكل حمولة علي حدة وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية للقانون
السجلات الواجب الإلتزام بها من السفن
