English translation
In the event of any incident involving pollution of the marine environment by oil or other harmful substances, the person responsible for any land, marine or aerial means, equipment or establishment shall immediately report it to the authorities specified by the Executive Regulations of this Law.

يلتزم المسئول عن أية وسيلة أو معدة أو منشأة برية أو بحرية أو جوية في حالة
وقوع أي حادث تلوث للبيئة البحرية بالزيت أو المواد الضارة الأخري بالإبلاغ
