Article 69 of Environmental Protection Law

The Authority, in cooperation and coordination with the other entities concerned in the State, shall develop a national plan Index of the Law 295 Home Page Environmental Protection Law Law No. 42 of 2014 concerning Environmental Protection that is integrated, within two years from the date of issuance of this Law, aimed at mobilizing the capabilities available to all entities operating within the prohibited marine areas and related entities, including equipment, machinery, materials and expertise, to confront and combat pollution incidents and otherwise. The Executive Regulations shall specify the entity concerned with managing the plan and the mechanism for coordination and work on its implementation.
