English translation
The person responsible for the pollution provided for in this Chapter may limit the liability arising from marine pollution incidents in the prohibited area for you an incident to a maximum not exceeding fifteen million Kuwaiti dinars (15,000,000 million Kuwaiti dinars) or an amount of eighty Kuwaiti dinars (80 Kuwaiti dinars) for each registered ton of the tonnage of the ship or the apparatus prepared for storing oil or harmful substances, whichever is less.

يجوز للمسئول عن التلوث المنصوص عليه في هذا الفصل تحديد المسئولية الناشئة
عن حوادث التلوث البحري في المنطقة المحظورة لك حادث بحد أقصي لا يتجاوز
خمسة عشر مليون دينار كويتي ( ١٥,٠٠٠,٠٠٠ مليون دينار كويتي ) أو مبلغ
