English translation
Civil liability may not be limited pursuant to the preceding Article in the following cases: a - If it is established that the occurrence giving rise to civil liability was caused by non-compliance with environmental requirements or negligence and gross errors. b - Violation of regulations and safety and navigation rules. In all cases, the limitation of liability shall not include the expenses of cleaning up and removing or reducing pollution and rehabilitating the environment.

لا يجوز تحديد المسئولية المدنية وفقاً للمادة السابقة في الحالات التالية :
أ - إذا ثبت أن الواقعة المنشئة للمسئولية المدنية كانت بسبب عدم الإلتزام
بالإشتراطات البيئية أو الإهمال والأخطاء الجسيمة .
ب - مخالفة اللوائح وأنظمة السلامة والملاحة .
وفي جميع الأحوال لا يشمل تحديد المسولية نفقات التطهير وإزالة التلوث أو الحد
