English translation
The first-instance personal status circuits at the Family Court shall consist of one judge, and the appellate circuit shall consist of three counsellors from the Court of Appeal. The Supreme Judicial Council may, at the request of the President of the Court of First Instance, entrust the presidency of all or some of the first-instance personal status circuits at the Family Court to counsellors from the Court of Appeal for a renewable term of three years, in accordance with the rules and controls issued by a decision of the Council.
