Article 3 الثالثه of Family Court Law

The appellate circuits shall continue to hear personal status disputes brought before them that fall within the jurisdiction of the Family Court under the provisions of the accompanying Law and over which they do not have territorial jurisdiction pursuant to this Law. Judgments they issue in these disputes shall be subject to the rules regulating methods of challenging them in force at the time this Law comes into effect. The Court of Cassation shall continue to hear appeals brought before it before the date the provisions of this Law come into effect against judgments rendered in personal status disputes that have become subject to the jurisdiction of the Family Court.
