Article 18 of Law on Combating Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances

The licence referred to in Article (16) of this Decree-Law may not be granted to the following categories unless they have been legally rehabilitated: 1 - A person sentenced by a final judgment to a penalty for a felony. - A person finally convicted of one of the crimes stipulated in this Decree-Law. 3- A person sentenced by a final judgment to a penalty restricting liberty for a crime involving dishonour or breach of trust. 4 - A person previously dismissed on disciplinary grounds for reasons involving dishonour and breach of trust, unless three years have elapsed from the date of dismissal. The licence shall be deemed revoked by operation of law if any of the aforementioned circumstances applies to the licensee.
