English translation
The Minister shall issue a decision specifying the particulars and conditions required in drawing up medical prescriptions pursuant to which narcotic or psychotropic substances or preparations are dispensed from pharmacies. Prescriptions shall be issued using books stamped with the Ministry’s seal or by any other electronic means approved by the Ministry, and the Minister may determine the quantities beyond which dispensing to patients is not permissible.

يصدر الوزير قراراً بالبيانات والشروط الواجب توافرها في تحرير الوصفات الطبية
التي تصرف بمقتضاها من الصيدليات المواد أو المستحضرات المخدرة أو المؤثرة
عقليا
وتصرف الوصفات بموجب دفاتر مختومة بخاتم الوزارة أو بأي وسيلة إلكترونية
أخرى معتمدة من الوزارة، وللوزير تحديد المقادير التي لا يصح تجاوز صرفها
