English translation
The originals of medical prescriptions shall be kept at the dispensing pharmacy, and the patient or the person caring for him shall be given a true copy of this prescription recording the quantity dispensed by the pharmacy, the date of dispensing, the signature of the pharmacist who dispensed it, and the stamp of Law Index 402 Home Page Law on Combating Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Decree-Law No. 159 of 2025 concerning Combating Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Regulating Their Use and Trade the pharmacy. That copy shall be retained for presentation to the security or competent authorities upon request until the completion of his treatment.

يحفظ أصل الوصفات الطبية في الصيدلية القائمة بالصرف، ويعطى المريض أو
متولي رعايته صورة طبق الأصل من هذه الوصفة مثبت بها الكمية المنصرفة
من الصيدلية، وتاريخ صرفها، وتوقيع الصيدلي الذي قام بالصرف وخاتم
الصيدلية، ويحتفظ بتلك الصورة لتقديمها للجهات الأمنية أو المختصة عند
