English translation
Anyone who establishes or manages a criminal gang organization, even abroad, whose purpose or activities include committing any of the crimes stipulated in Articles (42) and (43) of this Decree-Law shall be punished by death. Anyone who joins that organization or participates in any of its activities, knowing its purposes, shall be punished by life imprisonment and a fine of not less than twenty thousand dinars and not exceeding fifty thousand dinars.

يعاقب بالإعدام كل من أنشأ أو أدار تنظيماً عصابياً ولو في الخارج يكون الغرض
منه أو من بين أنشطته ارتكاب جريمة من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادتين
(٤٢) و(٤٣) من هذا المرسوم بقانون.
ويعاقب بالحبس المؤبد وبغرامة لا تقل عن عشرين ألف دينار ولا تجاوز خمسين
ألف دينار كل من انضم إلى هذا التنظيم، أو اشترك في أي من أعماله وكان عالماً
