The police may stop anyone found in an abnormal condition upon suspicion that he has consumed a substance affecting his mental faculties. He may be arrested if he is unable to care for himself, poses a danger to others, or disturbs the peace as a result.

للشرطة استيقاف من وجد في حالة غير طبيعية عند الاشتباه بتناوله مادة أثرت
في قواه العقلية، ويجوز القبض عليه إذا كان غير قادر على العناية بنفسه، أو كان
