English translation
A decree, upon the submission of the Minister of Interior, shall determine the amount of the reward paid to anyone who provides information leading to, or participates in, the seizure of narcotic or psychotropic substances or preparations in violation of the provisions of this Decree-Law, or the identification of the perpetrators of crimes involving them. Employees entrusted with implementing the provisions of this Decree-Law shall be excluded from these persons. Chapter Thirteen Administrative Oversight
