Article 79 of Law on Combating Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances

The Minister shall appoint employees having the capacity of judicial enforcement officers, who shall have the right to enter governmental or private institutions and all other entities licensed to possess narcotic or psychotropic substances or preparations, in order to verify compliance with the provisions of this Home Page 415 Law Index Law on Combating Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Decree-Law No. 159 of 2025 concerning Combating Narcotics, Psychotropic Substances and Regulating Their Use and Trade Decree-Law. For this purpose, they may record violations, seal and secure the substances, preparations or objects constituting the subject matter of the violation, and seek the assistance of the police force when necessary. Judicial enforcement officers must conduct inspections of those places at least three times each year, and conduct surprise inspections.
