English translation
Anyone who commits any of the acts stipulated in Article 28 of the aforementioned Press and Publications Law through the information network or using any means of information technology stipulated in this Law shall be punished by the penalty prescribed in Article 29, first paragraph, of Law No. 31 of 1970 amending certain provisions of Penal Code No. 16 of 1960.

يعاقب بالعقوبة المقررة بالمادة ۲۹ فقرة أولى من القانون رقم ٣١ لسنة ١٩٧٠
بتعديل بعض أحكام قانون الجزاء رقم ١٦ لسنة ١٩٦٠ ، كل من ارتكب أحد
الأفعال المنصوص عليها بالمادة ۲۸ من قانون المطبوعات والنشر المشار إليه عن
طريق الشبكة المعلوماتية أو باستخدام وسيلة من وسائل تقنية المعلومات المنصوص
