English translation
Anyone who uses the information network or any means of information technology to gain unauthorized access to the numbers or data of a credit card or equivalent electronic cards shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine of not less than one thousand dinars and not exceeding three thousand dinars, or either of these two penalties. If their use results in obtaining the funds of others, or the services made available by such card, the punishment shall be imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine of not less than three thousand dinars and not exceeding ten thousand dinars, or either of these two penalties.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنة وبغرامة لا تقل عن ألف دينار ولا تجاوز ثلاثة
آلاف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، كل من استخدم الشبكة المعلوماتية أو إحدى
وسائل تقنية المعلومات للوصول دون وجه حق الى أرقام أو بيانات بطاقة ائتمانية
أو ما في حكمها من البطاقات الإلكترونية. فإذا ترتب على استخدامها الحصول
على أموال الغير، أو على ما تتيحه هذه البطاقة من خدمات، يعاقب بالحبس مدة
لا تجاوز ثلاث سنوات وبغرامة لا تقل عن ثلاثة آلاف دينار ولا تجاوز عشرة آلاف
