English translation
Anyone who establishes a website or publishes information using the information network or any means of information technology prescribed in this Law, with the intention of trafficking in persons or facilitating dealings in them, or promoting narcotics, psychotropic substances, and substances treated as such, or facilitating this in circumstances other than those legally authorized, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years and a fine of not less than ten thousand dinars and not exceeding thirty thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سبع سنوات وبغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف دينار
ولا تجاوز ثلاثين ألف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، كل من أنشأ موقعا أو نشر
معلومات باستخدام الشبكة المعلوماتية أو بأي وسيلة من وسائل تقنية المعلومات
المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون، بقصد الإتجار بالبشر أو تسهيل التعامل فيهم ،
أو ترويج المخدرات أو المؤثرات العقلية وما في حكمها، أو تسهيل ذلك في غير
