Article 13 of Anti-Money Laundering Law

Financial institutions and designated non-financial businesses and professions, and their directors and employees, are prohibited from disclosing to the customer or third parties the notifications made pursuant to the preceding Article, or any related information provided to the Unit, or matters relating to an investigation into money laundering or terrorist financing. This shall not preclude disclosures or communications among the directors of the financial institution or designated non-financial businesses and professions, their employees and staff, lawyers, competent bodies and the Public Prosecution. No criminal, civil, disciplinary or administrative action may be brought against financial institutions and designated non-financial businesses and professions, or their directors or employees, for violating any prohibition on reporting information imposed by a contract or any law, where they in good faith submit a notification pursuant to Article (12) or any other information to the Unit. Financial institutions and designated non-financial businesses and professions shall provide information and documents to the competent bodies, each within its remit, upon request. Professional confidentiality may not be invoked except by lawyers, legal professionals and independent accountants, as stipulated in the second paragraph of Article (12).
