English translation
Anyone who intentionally or through gross negligence commits the following shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine of not less than five thousand dinars and not exceeding five hundred thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties: 1- A violation of the provisions of Article (12) by submitting an incorrect notification, data or information, or concealing facts that ought to be notified. 2- Anyone who discloses information to others in violation of the first paragraph of Article (13). If a legal person commits any of the violations stated in the preceding two items, it shall be punished by a fine of not less than five thousand dinars and not exceeding one million dinars.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز ثلاث سنوات وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسة آلاف دينار
ولا تجاوز خمسمائة ألف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين، كل من ارتكب عمدًا أو
عن إهمال جسيم:
١- مخالفة أحكام المادة (۱۲) بتقديم إخطار، أو بيانات، أو معلومات غير
صحيحة، أو إخفاء حقائق ينبغي الإخطار عنها.
٢- كل من يفصح عن معلومات إلى الغير بالمخالفة للفقرة الأولى من المادة (١٣).
وإذا ارتكب الشخص الاعتباري أي من المخالفات الواردة بالبندين السابقين،
