English translation
Anyone who violates the provisions of the third paragraph of Article (16) shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine of not less than one thousand dinars and not more than ten thousand dinars, or either of these two penalties, and by dismissal from office.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز ثلاث سنوات وبغرامة لا تقل عن ألف دينار ولا
تزيد على عشرة آلاف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين، وبالعزل من الوظيفة كل
