English translation
Anyone who violates a decision issued pursuant to Article (25) of this Law shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten thousand dinars and not more than five hundred thousand dinars, for each violation. The penalty provided for in the preceding paragraph shall be without prejudice to the sanctions and measures that supervisory authorities may impose on financial institutions or designated non-financial businesses and professions in accordance with Article (15) of this Law.

يعاقــب بغرامــة لا تقــل عــن عشرة آلاف دينــار ولا تزيــد على خمسمائــة ألــف دينــار كل من
يخالــف قــرار صــادر اســتنادا إلى المادة مــن هــذا القانــون، وذلــك عــن كل مخالفة.
ولا تخــل العقوبــة المنصــوص عليهــا في الفقــرة الســابقة بالجــزاءات والتــدابير التــي يجــوز
للجهــات الرقابيــة توقيعهــا على المؤسســات الماليــة أو الأعمال والمهــن غير الماليــة المحــددة
