English translation
Without prejudice to the penalties prescribed in this Part, the court may prohibit the perpetrator of any offence—permanently or temporarily—from continuing to practise any work or profession that affords him the opportunity to commit that offence.

دون إخلال بالعقوبات المنصوص عليها في هذا الباب، يجوز للمحكمة منع مرتكب
أي جريمة - بصفة دائمة أو مؤقتة - من الاستمرار في مزاولة أي عمل أو مهنة يتيح
