The Exchange shall, after the Authority's approval, establish the procedures, rules and systems that the licensed Exchange must follow for trading and transferring ownership of securities listed on the Exchange. The Executive Regulations of the Law shall specify the procedures, rules and systems that the licensed Exchange must follow for trading and transferring ownership of Kuwaiti securities not listed on the Exchange.
